Role & responsibilities

  • Be friendly and confident
  • Well groomed presentable
  • Receive incoming calls and maintain the call register
  • Knowledge about MS Office and Internet
  • Flair in handling EPABX operations
  • Receiving and dispatching couriers
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers
  • Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of company
  • Tele calling with convincing capability
  • Have strong interpersonal Skills
  • Good Communication Skills (English/Telugu/Hindi)
  • General Office Administration
  • Coordinating with HR on Employee relations, Payroll attendance etc., Recruitment and joining formalities.
