Senior Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Senior Architect who can lead the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong technical proficiency, creative design capability, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including clients, engineers, and contractors. The Senior Architect will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of the project while ensuring quality, timelines, compliance, and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead architectural design, planning, and development of residential, commercial, or industrial projects. Prepare and review conceptual drawings, layouts, working drawings, and 3D visualizations. Collaborate with structural, MEP, interior, landscaping, and project management teams. Handle client meetings, design presentations, and project documentation. Visit project sites for inspection, progress monitoring, and quality standards. Ensure compliance with building codes, approvals, safety norms, and regulatory requirements. Guide and mentor junior architects, draftsmen, and interns. Coordinate vendor interactions, material finalization, and BOQ checking. Manage deadlines, workflow, and ensure successful project delivery. Skills & Requirements: Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and other design tools. Excellent design creativity and technical understanding. Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling abilities. Ability to handle multiple projects independently. Knowledge of local building bylaws, approval process, and construction materials.
