We are bringing in someone to help rebuild how the studio works.

This position is for a Senior Architect with strong residential interior experience and the drive to move toward entrepreneurial independence. You will work closely with me and with TRD Studios to strengthen execution, redesign internal processes, and enable Vishra Designs to scale in a clean, repeatable way.

If you are looking only for drawings and site visits, this role will not fit.

What This Role Actually Involves

You will:

Lead residential interior projects from design to handover

Own execution quality, timelines, and site coordination

Work directly with clients and take responsibility for outcomes

Guide junior architects and raise the studio s working standards

Beyond projects, you will:

Help review and rewrite how Vishra Designs plans, executes, and tracks work

Work in coordination with TRD Studios to implement better processes

Build clarity, discipline, and repeatable systems across the studio

This role sits at the intersection of design, execution, and operations.

Has 4+ years of solid residential interior experience

Understands site realities, not just design theory

Is comfortable taking ownership instead of waiting for instructions
