we're seeking a highly motivated intern with strong programming and analytical skills to work on data integration and planning analytics solutions You will assist in designing and implementing data pipelines between Microsoft Dynamics ERP and IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), supporting real-world enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and reporting scenarios This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with EPM tools, ETL pipelines, and financial analytics under expert guidance Note: This is an unpaid internship A certificate of completion and recommendation letter will be provided Outstanding interns may be considered for future paid roles Responsibilities: Understand IBM Planning Analytics cube architecture (dimensions, rules, feeders) Analyze ERP modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Sales, Procurement) Develop ETL workflows to extract and transform data from Dynamics (via OData, APIs, or CSV exports) Write TurboIntegrator (TI) scripts to load data into IBM TM1 cubes Support design of planning models for budgeting, forecasting, and allocations Build dashboards and visual reports using Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) Document integration flow and ensure data consistency and auditability Preferred Skills & Tools: Strong in Python, SQL, and C programming Understanding of data structures, systems programming, and linear algebra Experience or coursework in React / JavaScript / TypeScript (for optional dashboard/UI work) Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 data models is a plus Exposure to IBM Planning Analytics, TM1, or Watson Studio is a big advantageHands-on with NumPy, pandas, Excel, and Git Eligibility: Current student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or Engineering Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Passion for enterprise software, data modeling, and business analytics Excellent written communication and documentation ability What you'll Gain: Real-world experience integrating ERP and analytics platforms Exposure to IBM enterprise tools (Planning Analytics, Watson, DataStage) Mentorship from experienced data architects and business analysts Opportunity to work on live client datasets and reporting use cases Certificate of Completion and potential PPO offer (for high performers)
