To Develop Architectural Design and manage timely deliverables to project management to help organization deliver projects to the customers in time and Quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Preparing concept design/feasibility and presentation as per prevailing municipal regulations UDCPR/SRA Rules in mind. Have experience of designing at least 3-4 projects.
2) Checking of Working drawings, Environmental Clearance drawings/documents, Liasoning drawings Sales Plan, RERA Carpet Area.
3) Coordination with various Consultants to issue GFC drawings to site within time.
4) Coordination with project manager and site engineer for the project execution.
5) Preparation of various Forms/documents required for RERA. Filing all drawings, documents, records, transmittal and standards for respective projects.
