Primary Responsibility:

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of good experience of leading a team of at least 6+ members
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Solid experience of Azure
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (eg, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra)
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Rally, AHA etc.
• Solid proficiency in Java and Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security)
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design, asynchronous programming, and reactive frameworks (eg, WebFlux)
• Familiarity with cloud-native development and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Solid grasp of software engineering principles, design patterns, and system architecture
• Proven ability to open to upskill on new technologies(AI)
• Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java (JDK 8/11/17), Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs
• Proven ability to architect and implement microservices-based solutions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance
• Proven ability to ensure code quality through unit testing (JUnit, Mockito), integration testing, and code reviews
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, DevOps, QA, and product managers
