Senior Architect Manager

As a Manager Senior Architect in Mumbai, you will be responsible for overseeing architectural design and development projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve managing the integration of design and technical details to ensure projects are delivered successfully while meeting client requirements, budget constraints, and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop architectural designs and manage the integration of design and technical details - Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with client needs - Meet with clients to understand their requirements and needs - Manage design projects from concept development to completion - Present project proposals and adjust designs to meet client specifications - Prepare drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents - Conduct research and compile reports on feasibility and environmental impact - Ensure compliance with safety standards and local planning regulations - Adhere to project budgets and timelines **Qualifications Required:** - 4+ years of experience in architecture and interiors - Expertise in BOQ & Estimation - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, V ray, Lumion, Photoshop, and other architectural design software - Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Sketchup, Rendering software like Enscape, Lumion If you are passionate about architectural design, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are proficient in a range of architectural design software, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
