Provide design brief to consultants in co-ordination with management
Review design shared by the consultant and coordinate with MEP, structure, liaisoning to consultantsand issue GFC drawingsPrepare feasibility report for new projectsMonitor schedules for timely completionAttend review meetings at site with site team and managementSelect mockup samples for furnishing show and sample flats for approvalAble to create presentation and 3D plans with mockup elevation and units plansMust have knowledge on DCR and hands on experience in Mumbai real estate industryCandidates from Mumbai only to apply
