Job description The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients. Responsibilities and Duties: Be capable of handling customers individually with creative designs as per company standards. Be capable of handling in-house projects and Room leads as per customer specifications and provide information about design briefs. Be capable of suggesting Furniture and Decor products from our catalog and to educate customers about the competitive advantages of the products of the company. Be able to coordinate with the internal department to ensure smooth functioning of the project at each stage. Be able to work efficiently on the working drawings/end to end design services for In- house projects. Requirements Education - B. Arch, B. Des or similar Should have mandatory 5+ years of experience in hospitality and residential projects Have excellent oral & written communication skills Have practical knowledge of Autocad, Google Sketchup, V-Ray, MS Presentation, MS Excel, Adobe Photoshop.
