Senior Architect & Interior Designer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for utilizing your creative thinking skills to design interior spaces based on client conversations. Regular communication with clients will be essential to understand their needs and make adjustments to your designs accordingly. It will be important for you to stay updated on interior design trends to offer innovative ideas to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Develop creative designs for individual customers in line with company standards - Manage in-house projects and room leads based on customer requirements and design briefs - Recommend furniture and decor products from the company's catalog, highlighting their competitive advantages to customers - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution at each stage - Efficiently work on working drawings and provide end-to-end design services for in-house projects Qualifications Required: - Education: B. Arch, B. Des or similar - Minimum 5+ years of experience in hospitality and residential projects - Strong oral and written communication skills - Proficiency in Autocad, Google Sketchup, V-Ray, MS Presentation, MS Excel, and Adobe Photoshop.
