Senior Architect & Interior Designer

The ideal candidate will possess excellent creative thinking skills and will be adept at creating designs based on client conversations. You should feel confident in engaging regularly with clients to understand their needs and be flexible to adjust your approach based on feedback. It is important for you to stay updated on interior design trends and the overall landscape to offer the best ideas to clients. Responsibilities and Duties: - Ability to handle customers independently by creating creative designs that align with company standards. - Manage in-house projects and room leads according to customer specifications while providing detailed information on design briefs. - Recommend furniture and decor products from our catalog and educate customers on the competitive advantages of the company's products. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project operations at each stage. - Efficiently work on working drawings and provide end-to-end design services for in-house projects. Requirements: - Education: B. Arch, B. Des or equivalent. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality and residential projects is mandatory. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Proficient in Autocad, Google Sketchup, V-Ray, MS Presentation, MS Excel, and Adobe Photoshop.,
