Responsibilities 1. Project Management & Problem-Solving Manage project timelines and coordinate efforts with stakeholders Troubleshoot design challenges and develop cost-effective solutions Optimize designs for manufacturability, sustainability, and cost-efficiency Requirements Higher technical education in machine construction, mechanics, automation and robotics, mechatronics, or a related field Strong proficiency in technical drawing Minimum of 2 years of experience in an independent design role (preferably in an R&D department or manufacturing company) Proficiency in 3D and 2D design software (Inventor, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Revit) and Microsoft Office Suite Communicative level of English Creativity and ability to work independently Strong spatial imagination and technical acumen Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
