Senior Architect

As a Senior Architect / Project Manager at INI Design Studio, you will be responsible for leading the design and execution of large-scale architectural projects. Your role will involve a combination of design excellence, technical proficiency, and leadership skills to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead design development and coordination for Mixed-Use, Sports Complex, and Hospitality projects, institutional, museums, and other significant scale buildings. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary coordination with structure, MEPF, and landscape teams. - Oversee design documentation, detailing, and BIM workflows using relevant software. - Interface with clients throughout the project lifecycle. - Guide and mentor junior architects and design teams to uphold quality and design integrity. - Conduct design reviews, manage RFIs, and ensure compliance with project standards. - Contribute to strategic design thinking and conceptual innovation within the studio. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture from a reputed institution. - Minimum 5 years to a maximum of 10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management. - Minimum 2 years of (onsite) work experience, preferably in design or coordination roles. - Strong command of; proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or related tools is an advantage. - Excellent understanding of construction systems, detailing, and project delivery processes. - Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills. In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate for this position should possess the following preferred attributes: - Experience with multi-stakeholder projects or international design collaborations. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced studio environment. - Passion for design excellence and sustainable architecture.,
