Senior Architect-Industrial Projects

● Develop architectural design concepts and solutions that meet project objectives, client requirements, and regulatory standards.

● Create preliminary and detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using industry-standard software.

● Ensure that the architectural design integrates effectively with the structural components of the project.

● Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to coordinate the architectural aspects of projects.

● Participate in project meetings to provide input and insights on architectural design considerations.

● Liaise with external consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth implementation of architectural designs.

● Engage with clients to understand their architectural requirements, vision, and goals for the project.

● Present architectural concepts, designs, and proposals to clients in a clear and compelling manner.

● Address client feedback and incorporate revisions into architectural designs to achieve client satisfaction.

● Conduct thorough reviews of architectural drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements.

● Perform quality control checks throughout the design process to identify and resolve any design inconsistencies or conflicts.

● Stay updated on the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in architectural design and construction technology.

● Visit site to check the status of the project (if needed)

Perform other responsibilities associated with this position.

● Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and their integration with architectural design.

● Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.

● Excellent design and visualization skills to effectively communicate architectural concepts.

● Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

● Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

Must Having Industrial Projects Experience.(Above 10 Yrs. Experiences)

Must Have M Plan & Bachelor of Architect Degree.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
