Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Interior Architecture & Design:

Lead the design and execution of ultra-luxury interiors for high-end residential and commercial projects.
Develop detailed interior layouts, material specifications, and mood boards aligned with brand aesthetics.
Collaborate with international and domestic design consultants to ensure world-class standards.

Design Coordination:

Integrate architectural, structural, and MEP elements with interior design seamlessly.
Review and approve drawings, BOQs, and vendor submissions for accuracy and compliance.
Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.

Client & Business Interface:

Participate in client presentations and walkthroughs to showcase design concepts.
Align design strategies with market trends and customer expectations.
Support business development through design innovation and project branding.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors/Masters in Architecture or Interior Design.
Proven experience in luxury real estate projects.
Strong command of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic mindset with a flair for aesthetics and commercial awareness.
