Senior Architect

As an Architect with 2-3 years of work experience, you will be responsible for utilizing your strong design skills in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop. Your role will involve managing multiple projects efficiently within budgets and timelines while maintaining high-quality detailing in architectural plans. It is essential for you to possess expertise in photo-realistic rendering and have the ability to coordinate with customers during both the design and construction stages. In this role, you will be required to conduct on-site visits to ensure that all work is executed in accordance with the design specifications. Your visualization and conceptualization abilities will play a crucial role in layout design, color schemes, lighting, and material selection. Furthermore, a good understanding of MEP and structural design concepts is necessary to excel in this position. As an Architect in the Engineering & Construction industry, your key responsibilities will include planning, designing, detailing, and rendering architectural projects. You will be expected to have a degree in Architecture and possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams are essential for success in this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of 300,000.00 - 400,000.00 per year. Performance bonuses may be applicable based on individual and company achievements. The ideal candidate should be willing to relocate to Ernakulam, Kerala, if not already based in the area.
