Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare architectural designs, drawings, and specifications in compliance with building codes, regulations, and client requirements.
• Assist in concept design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, interior, etc.) to ensure design integration.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with approved drawings.
• Prepare presentation drawings, 3D models, and reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Support senior architects/project leads in project planning, detailing, and execution.
• Ensure adherence to sustainability, safety, and functionality in design solutions.
• Work with project management teams to meet deadlines and budgetary requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, , SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, D5 etc.).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, bye-laws, and approval processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and consultants.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and solution-driven approach.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per month
