Job Description

We are hiring experienced AR Callers for our Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge in US Healthcare RCM, denial management, and insurance follow-up. The role involves interacting with insurance companies to resolve unpaid or denied claims and ensure timely reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding claims.
• Handle denials, underpayments, and rejections effectively.
• Document all actions taken for each claim in the billing system.
• Identify and escalate issues affecting payments.
• Work closely with the team to meet daily/weekly targets.
• Maintain professional communication during calls.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

Required Skills & Expertise

• 1–3 years experience in US Healthcare AR Calling / RCM.
• Strong understanding of EOB, ERA, claims, denials & appeals.
• Excellent communication & analytical skills.
• Ability to work in night shifts.
• Good typing speed and system handling skills.
