Job Description

Job Description: As an AR Caller / Senior AR Caller specializing in Physician Billing/ Ophthalmology, you will be responsible for meeting quality and productivity standards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working with Multiple Denials and taking appropriate action on claims for resolution. - Ensuring accurate & timely follow-up when required. - Demonstrating thorough knowledge of all AR Cycles and AR Scenarios. - Handling appeals, refiling, and denial management effectively. Your job skills should include: - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Minimum 1-year experience in AR calling would be an advantage. - Understanding Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) of US Healthcare providers. - Basic knowledge of Denials and the ability to take immediate action to resolve them. - Calling insurance companies in the USA on behalf of doctors/physicians and following up on outstanding accounts receivables. - Being spontaneous with a high energy level and flexibility to work in night shifts.
