Senior Application Support & Maintenance Analyst (.NET, Business Analysis, SQL)

We are seeking a Senior Application Support & Maintenance Analyst for a C2H role in Pune / Hyderabad
The candidate will lead ASM initiatives for enterprise-grade
NET systems, combining technical expertise with functional business analysis, SAP integration, and stakeholder management
Responsibilities include Level 2/3 support, troubleshooting, incident/problem/change management, SQL database optimization, supporting UAT, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across U.S time zones
The ideal candidate is proactive, communicates effectively, and drives continuous improvement
