Senior Application Engineer Thermal Fluid Systems

Role Overview: As a Senior Application Engineer specializing in Thermal Fluid Systems at Gamma Technologies, your main responsibility will be to provide customer support for the GT-SUITE simulation platform in the areas of thermal management and air-conditioning circuits. You will also be involved in technical support, software evaluation projects, and contributing to sales and marketing campaigns. Your role will require developing customer-tailored simulation methodologies, expanding the usage of GT-SUITE, and collaborating with internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Provide customer support for the GT-SUITE simulation platform in thermal management and air-conditioning circuits. - Offer technical support during customer software evaluation projects. - Contribute technically to sales and marketing campaigns. - Develop customer-tailored simulation methodologies using GT-SUITE. - Expand the usage of GT-SUITE to new markets, applications, and systems. - Contribute to software development through specification, validation, and testing of new features. - Collaborate with internal teams, both local and international, to enhance your skills. Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in Mechanical, Thermal, or Aerospace Engineering. - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in 1D flow or system simulation using tools like Dymola, KULI, AMESim, or GT-SUITE. - Strong technical expertise in thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, heat and mass transfer, and numerical methods. - Comprehensive understanding of thermal and air-conditioning systems in automotive applications. - Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required. - Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and clear conveyance of technical concepts.
