Project Engineer / Sr. Project Engineer - CAE (CFD with Cool 3D, GT-Power, Kuli Skills) We are looking for a skilled Project Engineer / Sr. Project Engineer - CAE with 2 to 4 years of experience, specializing in CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) for thermal, automotive, or aerospace engineering applications. The ideal candidate will hold an ME / M Tech in Thermal / Automotive / Aerospace Engineering. Your primary responsibilities will include performing advanced CFD simulations utilizing specific tools such as Cool 3D, GT-Power, and Kuli. This involves setting up complex thermal and fluid dynamic models, performing accurate meshing, applying appropriate boundary conditions, and running simulations to predict heat transfer, fluid flow, and engine performance characteristics. Proficiency in Cool 3D will be essential for thermal management and cooling system analysis. Expertise in GT-Power will be crucial for simulating engine performance, air path, and exhaust systems. Knowledge of Kuli will be beneficial for thermal simulation and component optimization. You will analyze simulation results, interpret complex data, and provide valuable insights for design optimization and problem-solving. Collaboration with design, testing, and R&D teams will be key to integrate simulation feedback effectively into the product development cycle, ensuring that designs meet stringent performance and efficiency targets.

B.E/ B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Masters in Thermal Engineering or related engineering field, with deep understanding of basics of Thermodynamics & Fluid Mechanics 5-10 years experience working as a Mechanical or Thermal Engineer out of 4+ years of direct industry experience in a thermal/mechanical design of various HVAC products such as such as Residential/ commercial air conditioners, Commercial Chillers, Rooftops, Air Handlers and Transport Refrigeration. Experience in thermal design of air & liquid cooling systems, electronic cooling is a plus. Experience or working knowledge of various types of heat exchangers including liquid-to-air, liquid-to-liquid etc. 2 Working knowledge of various types of pumps such as centrifugal, turbine, lobe, screw pumps etc. Working knowledge of various types of fans such as axial, centrifugal, backward, and forward curve fans. 1D simulation, System selection, Kuli, EES, Flothem Experience of using 1D component and system modeling tools such as Coil Designer, VapSyc or any other commercially available tools. Proficiency in using programming tools such as EES, MATLAB, Visual Basic (VBA), or Python for large-set data analysis. Experience in result analysis and using tools such as ANSYS Fluent/ Icepak/ FloTherm/ Thermal Desktop or other similar tools, for analyzing various cooling & heating systems, and able to summarize conclusions is a plus. Proficiency in design using 3D CAD software tools such as SolidWorks/ Creo/ CATIA is a plus etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
