Animation Lead

Responsibilities:

? Content Production

• Lead the charge in upholding the highest standards of content quality and production schedules.
• Maintain exceptional creative standards throughout the production process, transforming visions into captivating realities.
• Animate

  complex or key scenes

  where required to maintain quality benchmarks and visual impact.

? Team Leadership

• Lead a team of animators

  , providing feedback and creative direction across

  screenplay, storyboarding, and animation

  stages.
• Mentor and guide team members to optimize workflow efficiency and maintain visual consistency.
• Collaborate closely with writers, directors, and editors to ensure the visual narrative aligns with storytelling objectives.

? Technology & Tools

• Demonstrate proficiency in

  AI-based animation and motion graphics tools

  , including but not limited to

  Runway, Pika, Seedance, and Midjourney

• Understand, evaluate, and implement new technologies and software to enhance animation pipelines and overall visual quality.

? Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate seamlessly with editorial and production teams to align creative vision with business goals and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in media, animation, communications, or a related creative field.
• Minimum

  3+ years of relevant work experience

  in animation, motion graphics, or art production.
• Proven experience in

  video production

  and content creation workflows.
• Strong ability to

  lead creative teams

  , manage multiple projects, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality output.

• Proficiency in animation and motion graphics

  , with hands-on experience in

  AI-assisted tools

  (Runway, Pika, Seedance, Midjourney).
• Creative thinker with a solid grasp of storytelling, cinematic pacing, and visual composition.
