Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior 2D Animator to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling ability, artistic vision, and expertise in 2D animation software. You will be responsible for creating high-quality animations, mentoring junior artists, and ensuring that all animation work aligns with the projects creative direction and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 2D animations for characters, environments, and motion graphics.

Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and illustrators to develop concepts and visual styles.

Review and provide feedback on animations to maintain consistency and quality.

Lead and mentor junior animators to enhance team productivity and skills.

Work closely with the production team to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for projects.

Prepare animation assets and files for final delivery or compositing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Animation, Fine Arts, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 4–6 years of professional experience in 2D animation.

Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Animate, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Strong understanding of timing, spacing, motion, and character performance.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
