We are seeking a talented and detail-driven Senior Animator with advanced expertise in Moho and After Effects.
This role is ideal for someone who combines artistic vision with technical excellence — bringing characters to life, crafting dynamic motion graphics, and ensuring workflows are streamlined for production. As a senior member of the team, you’ll also play a key part in mentoring junior animators, sharing best practices, and helping elevate the overall quality of our animation output.

Responsibilities

• Animation & Technical Expertise
• Create high-quality 2D character animations and motion graphics using Moho and After Effects.
• Build and refine character rigs, turnarounds, and expression sets for use across projects.
• Ensure all artwork is animation-friendly, layered, and production-ready.
• Push creative boundaries with advanced motion design and visual effects.

Mentorship & Collaboration

• Support junior and mid-level animators through guidance, feedback, and skill development.
• Share knowledge of workflows, rigging techniques, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with creative directors and designers to align animation with storytelling goals.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Process & Quality

• Maintain tidy, well-structured project files for team use.
• Ensure animations meet both technical standards and creative expectations.
• Stay updated on animation trends, software, and techniques — introducing new ideas to the team.
• Balance multiple projects while consistently delivering on time and at a high standard.

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Moho and After Effects, with a strong portfolio of character animation and motion graphics.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for asset creation and optimisation.
• Demonstrated ability to create rigs and assets optimised for animation pipelines.
• Experience in mentoring or supporting team members in developing their animation skills.
• Strong eye for detail, timing, and storytelling through movement.
• Excellent organisational habits and clear communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
