Senior Analyst/Manager- Fund Accounting (Geneva)- Fund Management Company- Mumbai

This is a job opening with a leading Fund Management Company for the position of Analyst/Senior Analyst/Manager - Fund Accounting based in Mumbai. You should have at least 2 years of work experience in fund accounting with expertise in Geneva software and Manual entries. Your responsibilities will include: - Calculating NAV and investor allocation and analyzing daily/monthly PNL & NAV. - Reconciling daily cash and positions between fund and broker/custodian. - Managing daily operations of fund accounting activities for specific clients while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. - Overseeing Investment operation activities such as portfolio valuation, multicurrency portfolio accounting, income and expense accrual, dividend distribution, etc. - Preparing Financial Statements in accordance with USGAAP/IFRS, handling year-end Audit, and finalizing Annual Financials. - Monthly valuations, reconciliations of fund drawdowns and distributions, accruals, expenses, etc. - Performing double entry bookkeeping, cash reconciliation, and management for the Funds. - Preparing drawdown, equalization, distribution, and waterfall calculations based on Fund documentation. - Creating Fund investor capital statements and Fund and investor IRR calculations as needed.
