Job Description

Desired Candidate Profile:

Candidate must be Graduate in BTech or BSC (Computer Science)
Minimum 4 years of experience in email marketing & email campaign management
Working knowledge of Salesforce Pardot - Mandatory
Front-end development experience
HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript/JQuery experience
HTML and CSS coding
Create emails using HTML in Pardot editor or Dreamweaver, and deploy in Pardot
Update existing email templates in Pardot with new content
Create customer journeys in Pardot
Assist in audience segmentation and to ensure "personalization" of messaging.
Assist in creating reports and dashboards by analyzing campaign metrics.
Problem solving ability and consideration of process improvements
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
Should have knowledge of profiler tools
Maintain database hygiene by supporting standardization of CRM database fields.
Implement CRM campaigns (opt-ins) using already defined templates
