Job Description

JOB SPECIFICATION OF

Preparing the samples for Fatty acid analysis (All food matrix)
Updating Temperature records and other relevant log and records.
Method development & validation for Pesticides Residue Analysis in food and Agriculture products.
Routine analysis of GC-FID & GC- MS samples.
Method validation, calibration/Maintenance of GC-FID & GC- MS as per defined frequency.
Preparing and Maintaining of reference standard stock.
Updating GC-FID & GC- MS log, calibration/intermediate records, Fridge and Deep Freezer monitoring record and other relevant log and records.
Preparation of the Standard operating procedures and the work instructions and maintenance plan for the equipment.
Calculation of the UOM for the tests in their respective departments and in house calibrations
Reporting results in LIMS.
