Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Analyst in Total Rewards, Benefits & Wellbeing, you will collaborate with the AP & EEMEA Benefits & Wellbeing Design lead to develop and implement top-tier benefits packages and ensure statutory compliance in the Asia Pacific, Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa regions. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in designing international employee benefit and wellbeing programs across various regions - Keep abreast of regulatory changes and compliance requirements in these regions - Stay updated on industry best practices and market trends to provide recommendations based on market intelligence - Share relevant information with stakeholders based on statutory requirements and market insights - Advise stakeholders on local benefit plans, perks, and allowances - Craft benefit and wellbeing communications and presentations - Collaborate with TRPs and the Delivery team to ensure seamless implementation of benefits projects - Assist in the selection and evaluation of benefits vendors and partners - Work on projects with the TRP and delivery teams as necessary - Contribute to the achievement of the Benefits Design roadmap Qualification Required: - A B school/MBA postgraduate with previous experience in Total Rewards, Benefits & Wellbeing - Prior consulting experience in Total Rewards would be advantageous - Previous experience in Total Rewards for EEMEA or AP markets is a plus - Ability to interpret legal documents and regulatory requirements - Proficiency in communication design tools like Canva - Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with stakeholders across different geographies,
