Senior Analyst / Team Lead - WFM Forecasting

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst/Team Lead to lead our Workforce Management (WFM) Forecasting team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Time Series, Predictive Analysis, Machine Learning, and Python programming.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing accurate forecasting models to optimize workforce planning and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the WFM Forecasting team to develop and implement accurate forecasting models using Time Series, Predictive Analysis, and Machine Learning techniques.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop forecasting models that meet their needs.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate forecasting processes and integrate with existing systems.
• Analyze and interpret forecasting results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members on forecasting techniques and tools.
• Develop and maintain documentation of forecasting processes and models.

Requirements

• 6-14 years of experience in Workforce Management, Forecasting, Time Series, Predictive Analysis, and Machine Learning.
• Experience with WFM software (e.g., NICE IEX, Genesys)
• Strong expertise in Python programming and experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn and TensorFlow.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop accurate forecasting models.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and lead a team.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
