Senior Analyst - Supply Chain

Role Overview: You will be the MLM Senior Analyst aligned to one Business Area & LGS Region, focusing on improving inbound flow from suppliers to Lowe's distribution centers and stores based on analytics. Your responsibilities will include driving analysis regarding channel selection, freight flow, and making data-driven product stocking decisions for various Supply Chain strategies & initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Drive collaboration with Inventory Replenishment & Planning, Assortment Planning, Merchants, Product Development Merchants, and Lowes Global Sourcing Teams to optimize the Inbound Flow of Products by performing cost sensitivity analysis - Partner with Network Flow, Transportation, and DC Operations to secure Capacity requirements for new items/assortments - Proficient in Supply Chain cost analysis and Inventory Management concepts - Lead and execute high-priority Supply Chain projects and initiatives within agreed timelines - Mentor, coach, and train new hires in the team - Collaborate closely with Technology and Product Teams to drive improvements in Tools and Systems and actively contribute to UAT activities Qualifications Required: - 4-8 years of Experience - 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Optimization - 4+ years experience of Project management - Bachelors/masters degree in engineering / Statistics - MBA or Masters degree in Supply Chain would be a plus Additional Company Details: Lowes is a FORTUNE 100 home improvement company serving approximately 16 million customer transactions a week in the United States.
