Senior Analyst, SAP Controlling

You are an experienced Senior SAP Controlling Consultant and will be responsible for leading SAP CO relevant projects, configuring CO module, and providing expert-level guidance. Your main responsibilities will include: - Leading SAP CO implementation projects from planning to delivery. - Configuring and customizing SAP CO module to meet development requirements. - Designing and implementing CO solutions for cost center accounting, profit center accounting, and product costing. - Having hands-on experience on Profitability Analysis, Product Costing, and Material Ledger. - Configuring and customizing SAP CO module to meet the specific integration requirements with SAP MM, PP, and SD modules. - Ensuring CO to FI Module Integration experience. - Handling CO reports and analytics. - Translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications, test scripts, and other system documentation while adhering to the organization standards. - Providing training and support to clients on SAP CO module. - Supporting monthly and year-end activities. - Working as a Subject Matter Expert with the user community, other SAP business process leads, SAP development team, and other team members on IT projects. - Identifying costs, benefits, risks, and alternatives in proposed system designs and their impact on the integration with other systems and SAP modules. - Acting as a direct liaison with Finance business and ERP team for troubleshooting, business process mapping, and system enhancements. - Participating in system and integration testing and production go-live activities. - Contributing towards best practices for CoE to optimize development efforts and stay up to date with SAP CO module enhancements and best practices. - Having FI module exposure and understanding will be an Add on. Qualifications required: - Minimum 7 years of hands-on SAP Controlling implementation and support work experience. - Minimum two full life cycle Implementations. - Core strength in SAP Controlling (SAP CO) and SAP Finance (SAP FI). - Integration knowledge of FI/CO with other SAP modules (MM and SD). - SAP Controlling configuration which includes General controlling, Cost center accounting, Cost element accounting, Profit center accounting, Product Costing, Material Ledger, Project system. - SAP accounting and costing expert. - Experience in NA Sales and Use tax, EU Value Added Tax, and Statutory reporting. - Experience in Retail and/or Fashion Industry is a huge plus. - Experience in Global Implementation will be a plus. - Excellent communication (both written & verbal), presentation, and business relationship skills. - Experience with managing teams & business partners across the globe desired. - Experience with Concur (T&E) and Vertex will be a Plus. Certifications: - SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP FI/CO Certification Preferred.,
