Role Overview: You will be a part of the Global System Fund Team, supporting the accounting function to ensure seamless process delivery. Your responsibilities will include accounting support for journal processing, reconciliations, monthly reports, audit support, and addressing Business Support queries. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and process journals in accordance with IHG policy - Generate General Ledger Reconciliations and Tree Reconciliations - Compile Trend Reports - Execute Month-end Re-class & Accrual Journals - Perform Revenue and Expense Allocations - Process Inter-region and Inter-company Recharges - Create Schedules, Monthly exception reports, etc. - Provide audit support - Maintain up-to-date Desk Instructions - Establish proper backup plans - Meet all deliverables per SLA and other related tasks on a daily basis Qualifications Required: - CA/CWA/MBA (F) with 0-1 years of experience OR M.Com/CA(I)/CWA (I) with more than 2 years of experience OR B.Com with more than 3 years of experience, including finalization of Accounts and General Ledger Accounting, possessing good analytical skills Company Details: At IHG Hotels & Resorts, you will be part of a global team delivering True Hospitality for Good.
