Senior Analyst Project Finance

As a candidate for the Project Finance team in Asia, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the team to provide customized analytical and requisite support to the business lines leaders in Asia. Reporting to the Head-Project Finance (GCC) and collaborating with the team, your responsibilities will include: - Assist in developing processes to support the project finance business in Asia by closely coordinating with the Asia and GCC PF team. - Learn and develop training programs for the team to enhance support for project finance. - Provide support to the Project Finance team at GCC. - Conduct project-wise and Business Unit-wise cost & margin analysis and provide reasons for margin erosion/gains. - Analyze various projects to identify risks and opportunities. - Offer support for Internal and External Audit processes. - Engage in the lifecycle of a project from prospect to close out. - Ensure compliance with NI 52-109 for all Project Finance controls. - Contribute to delivering Business Unit P&L, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts. - Compare Project financials/P&L with budgets/previous periods and validate variances. - Consolidate financials across different business units and locations to ensure accuracy in Intra-Company costs and revenues. - Assist Project Leaders in reflecting progress and forecasting revenue accurately. - Analyze Working capital for various businesses/projects and follow up on overdues. - Prepare and reconcile balances with customers. - Attend project review meetings, prepare financial data, and take relevant Project Finance actions. - Support projects in Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Taiwan, and other Asian countries which may require travel. - Provide ad-hoc reporting and reconciliations as needed. - Assist Project Leaders in completing and managing cost-to-complete forecasts. - Prepare reports for Group reporting on critical projects and provide insights.
