Senior Analyst, Product Analytics

As an Analyst/Senior Analyst at Cvent, you will be a part of the Cvent Analytics team, focusing on data-driven insights to optimize product performance and user experience. Your role is crucial in making informed decisions regarding product features, user engagement, and overall strategy to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Here's what you will be responsible for: - Partnering with the Product team to define key performance indicators (KPIs), develop hypotheses, and analyze product data to understand user engagement, feature adoption, and other critical metrics. - Analyzing results, identifying trends and patterns in data, and interpreting findings to draw actionable insights. - Collaborating with other analysts to establish data frameworks like customer segmentation to support targeted product and marketing strategies. - Working with Product and Sales leadership to support revenue-generating initiatives such as customer onboarding, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, promotion campaigns, and measuring their impact on business KPIs. - Creating and delivering reports and presentations to communicate findings and insights to various stakeholders. - Developing scalable market insights and customer insights content for internal office hours, webinars, and industry publications. - Conducting research to identify internal and external factors impacting customer performance. - Managing end-to-end deliverables and ensuring project success and quality. Qualifications Required: - 4-6 years of experience in the analytics domain focusing on Product & Digital Analysis. - Bachelor's Degree in technology, statistics, sciences, or mathematics, or Engineering with a strong academic record. - Proficiency in SQL or Snowflake, Advanced Excel, and Product Analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Pendo, and Google Analytics. - Familiarity with Digital Analytics & Clickstream data. - Strong presentation and storytelling skills to effectively deliver insights to a broader audience. - Understanding of BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, PowerBI for creating visualizations and dashboards. - Experience with A/B testing and segmentation strategies would be a plus. - Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines, multitask under pressure, and work in ambiguous situations. - Self-driven and capable of collaborating with geographically dispersed teams.,
