Senior Analyst, Product Analytics

Key Responsibilities: - Partner with the Product team to define KPIs, analyze product data, and understand user engagement and feature adoption. - Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for product development and enhancement. - Collaborate with other analysts to build data frameworks like customer segmentation for targeted product and marketing strategies. - Support revenue-generating initiatives by partnering with Product and Sales leadership for customer onboarding, upsell & cross-sell opportunities, and promotion campaigns. - Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders. - Develop scalable market insights and customer insights content for internal and external use. - Conduct research to identify factors impacting customer performance and deliver periodic deliverables to ensure project success. Qualifications Required: - 4-6 years of experience in analytics domain focusing on Product & Digital Analysis. - Bachelor's Degree in technology, statistics, sciences, or mathematics with a good academic record. - Proficiency in SQL or Snowflake, Advanced Excel, and Product Analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Pendo, and Google Analytics. - Familiarity with Digital Analytics & Clickstream data. - Strong presentation and storytelling skills. - Knowledge of BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, PowerBI for data visualization. - Experience with A/B testing and segmentation strategies is a plus. - Excellent project and time management skills, ability to meet deadlines and manage work under ambiguity. - Self-driven and capable of working with geographically spread teams.,
