Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining the EBAT team at Providence, which is responsible for providing Oracle ERP Implementation Support across HCM, SCM & Finance domains. Your primary focus will be on supporting the existing solution in the Oracle HCM Talent Acquisition, as well as contributing to implementation/solution design aspects of continual engagements within the Oracle Cloud ERP framework. Key Responsibilities: - Function as a domain expert, providing best-practice guidance on business processes and implementation approaches. - Assist in defining scope and estimates for new projects or builds. - Gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, impact analysis, and design solutions. - Communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams including technical, business, and management teams. - Draft and review key deliverable documents such as functional specifications, testing documents, and configuration workbooks. - Investigate and resolve system functional and technical errors, troubleshoot systems and data, and generate solutions. - Identify and analyze operational and system issues, producing effective solutions. - Review all relevant and upcoming release features and integrate them into the current solution. - Collaborate closely with Oracle on bug fixes, CWBs, and release testing issues. - Monitor critical ongoing processes vital to business functioning. - Work on Redwood changes and AI features, demoing with key stakeholders for feasibility and adoption. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion experience with a minimum of 3 large Oracle HCM implementations and hands-on Redwood experience. - Strong skill set in Oracle Talent Acquisition, including configuring job requisition templates, question libraries, candidate application flows, approval configuration, candidate selection workflow, offers & feedback. Secondary skills in HR Helpdesk, Oracle Guided Learning, and Compensation are preferred. - Understanding of best practices across various business processes, cross-pillar dependencies, and related application implementation design and configuration options within large-scale multi-application implementation and business transformation programs. - Experience in designing solutions, conducting fit-gap analysis, configuration with setups in different HCM modules, and drafting TFS/Lean Specs documents. - Awareness and understanding of capabilities across a wide range of Oracle applications and platform components, including ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, Analytics, and Integration. - Exposure to technical skills in BIP Reports, OTBI, HCM Extracts, conversions, approvals/workflows, security, and notification templates. - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
