Role Summary

Responsible for providing accurate and timely insurance quotes to GGB US CSMs through online platforms while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate insurance quotes using online tools
  • Coordinate with CSMs/clients to gather details
  • Ensure process compliance and accuracy
  • Collaborate with underwriters and internal teams
  • Maintain knowledge of insurance products & US carriers

Desired Skills

  • Experience in Insurance Submissions / Quoting / Sales / Customer Service
  • Strong communication & analytical skills
  • Proficiency in quoting tools & CRM systems
