Senior Analyst

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in Python or R

  for data analysis and automation

• Advanced SQL / Hive / Presto

  for handling and analyzing large datasets

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

  for reporting and presentations

• Data visualization expertise

  with

  Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio

• Programmatic Media / Ad-Tech domain knowledge

• Experience working with Big Data tools

  like

  Databricks, Spark, or Qubole

• Experience in handling large, complex datasets

  and deriving actionable insights

• API integration and storytelling skills

  to communicate analytical findings

• Ability to collaborate effectively

  with technical and business teams

• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset

  with quantitative reasoning

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality analytics, insights, and campaign performance reports for strategic accounts.
  
• Partner with Account Managers and Traders to ensure campaign excellence and client satisfaction.
  
• Build automated dashboards and explore new data/API integrations.
  
• Implement advanced analytics use cases like predictive rating and custom segmentation.
  
• Provide technical expertise in analytics tools, ensuring best practices and optimized code.
  
• Mentor and guide analysts on data and programmatic concepts.
  

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics

• 2+ years of experience

  in the analytics domain
