Senior Analyst - Media Design

The role of a Graphic Designer - Senior Analyst at Capability Network involves supporting the strategic priorities of clients to drive enterprise transformation. You will be part of the Talent & Organization team, helping to create intuitive learner experiences, recommend and deliver training solutions, and support development, integration, and deployment phases. Your responsibilities will include designing, visualizing, and developing media projects, maintaining graphic standards, and ensuring high-quality design for various projects. You will collaborate with communications consultants and instructional designers to visualize graphics and instructional media. Additionally, you will be expected to have a result-oriented approach, problem-solving skills, and strong business acumen. Key skills required for this role include expertise in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Audition, as well as proficiency in content development tools like Articulate Storyline, Captivate, and Lectora. You should also be comfortable with rapid video authoring tools like Vyond, VideoScribe, and Powtoon. A graduate or postgraduate degree in Graphic Design is preferred, along with 2-8 years of experience in the creative fields of learning, media, advertising, and communications. Knowledge of e-learning, SCORM/AICC standards, learning design and development, and various rapid authoring tools is essential for this position.
