Senior Analyst- Media Design

The Senior Analyst - Graphic Designer role within T&O at our firm requires a minimum of 2-8 years of experience and a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any specialization, preferably Graphic Design. You will be based in Gurugram, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, or Chennai, utilizing your expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Captivate, and Lectora. In this position, you will be an integral part of our Talent & Organization team, contributing to the activation of human potential to facilitate enterprise transformation. Your responsibilities will include creating intuitive learner experiences, recommending and implementing training solutions, supporting development phases, and overseeing design projects from inception to completion. Your creativity will be showcased through the development of graphics and media for various projects, ensuring high-quality design outputs. You will collaborate with communication consultants and instructional designers to visualize graphics and maintain project-specific standards and guidelines. A problem-solving mindset and strong business acumen will be essential in this role. Proficiency in design tools such as eLearning, motion graphics, marketing communication, website design, and multimedia design using Adobe tools is required. Additionally, experience with content development tools like Articulate Storyline, Captivate, and Lectora, as well as rapid video authoring tools such as Vyond, VideoScribe, and Powtoon, will be advantageous.
