Job Description

As a Lease Administrator, your role requires a high degree of independence on a day-to-day basis. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include: - Rental and outgoings reconciliations, specifically for arrears statements - Handling basic inbox queries and triaging inbox management - Adhoc reporting tasks - Processing of invoices (AP) - Liaising with internal and external contacts as necessary - Managing inbox for LA group email - Executing Lease Abstractions instructions through PEGA - Handling DAB Requests - Managing all Lease Administration related landlord queries - Reviewing Landlord Invoices for accuracy and communicating with landlords - Conducting rental reconciliations in cases of discrepancies or arrears - Assisting the broader Lease Administration team whenever required - Maintaining Vendor/Landlord details as needed - Adhering strictly to agreed procedures and process flows in accordance with guidelines - Developing a thorough understanding of lease administration and financial systems used for the client account - Ensuring alignment of responsibilities and accountabilities as per Lease Admin RACI - Managing various trackers for data governance and compliance - Performing document management tasks - Demonstrating strong knowledge of Rent Roll data, reporting, and generation - Participating in data integrity maintenance of systems across the region and periodic data audits - Reviewing daily Portfolio data - Completing PEGA daily tasks - Understanding compliance and audit requirements, particularly in saving relevant lease documentation In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, you may be required to manage compliance and audit processes, ensuring the integrity of relevant lease documentation.,
