Senior Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Client Interaction & Documentation

  :
• Liaise with clients to thoroughly understand engagement scope and data requirements.
• Maintain professional, clear communication, both written and verbal, throughout the engagement.
• Ensure accurate documentation, organized file management, and strict compliance with internal processes.

• Valuation & Modeling Execution

  :
• Prepare and rigorously review

  valuation reports in line with IRS guidelines for Gift & Estate Tax filings

  .
• Build and validate robust

  financial models

  utilizing appropriate discounts such as

  Discount for Lack of Control

  and

  Discount for Lack of Marketability

  .
• Apply appropriate methodologies, including

  Net Asset Value, Market Approach, and Income Approach

  .

• Project Management

  :
• Independently manage multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring efficient progress.
• Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of client-ready valuation reports.
• Maintain detailed valuation trackers and provide regular updates to internal teams and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience

  :

  2+ years of direct experience in U.S. Gift & Estate valuations

  .

• Knowledge

  : Strong understanding of

  IRS standards, valuation principles, and relevant legal/regulatory frameworks

  .

• Modeling Proficiency

  : Proficient in

  Excel-based financial modeling

  .

• Database Experience

  : Experience with valuation databases such as

  Capital IQ, PitchBook, or Bloomberg

  .

• Analytical Skills

  : Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Communication

  : Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Background

• Experience at Big 4 firms (KPMG, Deloitte, EY, PwC), Grant Thornton, Duff & Phelps, or valuation-focused KPOs.
• Exposure to valuation services for U.S. clients and experience with audit-compliant deliverables.
