Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for resolving Tier 1 queries and transactions related to core HR processes. This includes maintaining data in Workday related to employee life cycle changes, managing employee onboarding and exit formalities, providing query resolution for Employee Self Service/Manager Self Service requests, and creating various letters such as Promotion, Transfer, and Termination. Additionally, you will assist in managing semi-functional issues in Workday and coordinate queries on the Case management tool effectively. You will also play a key role in building and maintaining a Knowledgebase for Case Management. Key Responsibilities: - Resolve Tier 1 queries and transactions related to core HR processes - Maintain data in Workday for employee life cycle changes - Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities - Provide query resolution for Employee Self Service/Manager Self Service requests - Create letters for Promotion, Transfer, Termination, etc. - Assist in managing semi-functional issues in Workday - Coordinate queries on the Case management tool - Assist in building and maintaining a Knowledgebase for Case Management - Participate in new transitions and document creation - Update and review SOPs and Process Maps regularly - Perform quality checks on key/critical transactions processed by the team - Identify and escalate complex queries to appropriate stakeholders - Adhere to agreed KPIs, KRAs, SLAs, and customer service standards - Implement process improvements to enhance end user and HR partner experience - Demonstrate proficiency in HR processes and standard operating procedures - Communicate processes, policies, and relevant documentation to employees Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated understanding of core HR management practices, processes, procedures, and policies - Good written and verbal communication skills - Previous experience in Workday HR environment preferred or similar HR ERP desirable - Knowledge of Case Management tool is an added advantage - Proficiency in MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Personnel Management - 3-4 years of experience in HR or client services role preferred - Comfortable working in Global/UK shift timing Additional Details: Not available in the provided Job Description.,
