Senior Analyst

Position Summary

To operate as tax trainee within the UK tax team, supporting all areas of the business in respect of direct and indirect taxes. Full training will be provided.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of UK tax compliance computations and returns for all taxes, direct and indirect. This will include
• preparing computations and returns
• analysing data and applying tax legislation
• ensuring accurate and timely submission to tax authorities
• communicating with local and central finance teams
• Assist in managing all tax payments due to tax authorities and ensuring timely payment
• Assist in preparation of corporation tax provision for local statutory accounts, including preparation of tax disclosures.
• Preparation of US GAAP quarterly tax reporting packs for the groups US parent
• Involvement in balance sheet tax reconciliations within ERP system
• Dealing with tax administration, including HMRC correspondence, advisor fees and engagement letters, residence certificates.
• Opportunities to assist in UK and EMEA tax advisory projects
