Senior Analyst - Data Science

In this role as a Senior Analyst (Data Science) in the Workforce Insights Team, you will lead high-impact analytics initiatives that drive smarter decisions across HR and business functions. You will also: - Co-create problem statements and success metrics with HR and business leaders. - Lead medium to large analytics projects with minimal oversight. - Coach peers on methods and code quality, and contribute reusable components and standards.
