Senior Analyst - Customer Support

As a Senior Analyst at LSEG, your role involves providing effective and courteous support to customers in relation to their product or service. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer enquiries, maintaining a positive customer-focused attitude, and ensuring timely resolution of all customer queries. **Responsibilities:** - Respond to customers" enquiries regarding information, product functionality, and fault calls, aiming to resolve queries on the first interaction. - Log and classify all calls and requests for assistance in the customer relationship management system (Siebel). - Filter and escalate enquiries related to other aspects of the business to the appropriate department. - Manage the resolution process for customers concerning data and applications for specific products. - Supervise enquiry resolution progress and proactively update customers on the status or resolution if queries cannot be resolved initially. - Follow appropriate procedures to respond to issues and notify customers in case of major outages. - Identify and report recurring problems, inefficient processes, or outdated procedures. - Take on additional projects or areas of responsibility to enhance team performance. - Actively contribute to the Helpdesk team and assist in achieving its goals. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Ability to effectively communicate in English and any other designated languages, both verbally and in writing, with customers and colleagues. - Detail-oriented with strong information probing skills. - Well-developed analytical skills for problem-solving and developing solutions. - Flexibility with work times, specifically EMEA Shift (12-9pm or 1-10pm). - Bachelor's Degree in education.
