Senior Analyst - Credit Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall portfolio analysis (Wholesale), monitoring and reporting - to highlight risks (exposure, concentration, security, recovery, etc.)
• Industry tracking, analysis and highlighting the high-risk industries and prepare risk mitigation plan
• Create and track risk metrics and concentration limits for portfolio, products, regions, and other key risk drivers. Identify key areas of portfolio concerns and provide recommendations on action plans
• Identify and implement appropriate risk tools, key metrics and triggers.
• Coordinate closely with Business and Operations to ensure that risk appetite and standards are being complied - on the emerging changes in the portfolio for any realignment or re-balancing.
• Assist the seniors in CRMC/RMC activities as per the framework of the Bank in carrying out the responsibilities pertaining to credit risk management/board risk committee which includes preparation of information pack and responding to queries/analytical request from the committee.
• Coordinate for data / updates / documents from team members and preparing the desk as per the agenda
• Follow up from SPOCs on actionable decided by the committees and its closure with the support of seniors
• Ensure credit risk compliances

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in both presentation and verbal communications.
• Proficient with Regulations
• Hands on experience on Risk Analysis of various portfolios.
• Knowledge of risk management and measurement techniques including climate risks
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good time-management skills
• Good PC skills (PowerPoint & Excel)

Qualifications and Experience:

• Educational Qualification: CA/ MBA (Finance) from reputed institute. CFA, FRM shall be preferred qualification
• Experience: Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in the credit risk domain of reputed Banks/NBFCs
