About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our Business Enablement team in Hyderabad, India. This role serves as a critical bridge between our accounting operations and strategic project execution. You will be the central hub for our project pipeline, responsible for managing the intake process in JIRA and meticulously gathering all necessary requirements to ensure our initiatives are well-defined and ready for success.Leveraging your strong foundation in accounting principles, you will create and own essential documentation, such as Journal Entry Flows (JE) and post-project operating models. Your exceptional communication and organizational skills will be vital as you serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring seamless alignment and clarity across the organization. While your primary focus will be on operational excellence and requirements management, you will also have the opportunity to take the lead on managing smaller, high-impact projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is someone with Accounting background, a proactive problem-solver with a passion for process optimization who thrives on bringing structure to complex initiatives.
