Job Description

As the Senior Analyst for Bid Support and Knowledge Management at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of presales solutions, with a primary focus on bid response and content management. You will collaborate closely with Proposal Managers and other Bid Support team members to provide assistance in these areas. In terms of Bid Support, your responsibilities will include assisting proposal writers in drafting Q&A-type responses using existing baseline and data repositories. You will be required to have a good understanding of JLL's business aspects to assess the relevance of different qualitative and quantitative information sets. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing tailored CVs, bios, and case studies in collaboration with business lines and Subject-Matter-Experts. Researching customers, opportunities, and gathering competitive information will also be part of your role to enhance the bid-evaluation process and responses. Furthermore, as a Knowledge Management Specialist, you will work closely with Proposal leads and analysts to support the RFP close-out process. This will involve sourcing information from proposal submissions, updating the baseline library, and ensuring that all final proposal documents are correctly stored on designated digital platforms. You will also be responsible for maintaining, updating, and retiring documents as per the prescribed processes, as well as developing new repositories to meet the evolving expectations of the business and sales teams. Key skills required for this role include experience in content writing and knowledge management within a multinational company, excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, strong organizational and collaboration skills, and proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SharePoint for creating lists, libraries, and sites. To be successful in this position, you should hold a post-graduate degree with excellent academic credentials and have 4-6 years of relevant experience in a multinational professional services firm. Your ability to effectively support bid responses, manage content, and contribute to knowledge management initiatives will be critical in driving the success of our presales solutions.,
